"Got to the store to pick up an item that someone purchased, there was snow at the entry way but worse than that, two of us, women in a truck and stuck in snow, Matteo refused to help us. He had a snow blower and shovel on his truck and we spent 1 hour and half trying to dig ourselves out while he’s inside and then left to go by Dunkin Donuts. He looked at us an still didn’t not offer to help. Worse customer service I’ve ever encountered. The person I came with, canceled her order with them."

"My fiancee and I bought a dining room set, couch and bedroom set. We told the guy we would send business his way and even come back to furnish the rest of our house. Well about 5 months after we purchased the furniture the bed frame broke and the dining room bench got a crack on both ends. Neither which were our fault; it is just cheap furniture. We went back to let him know and informed us that it isn't his problem because we didn't purchase the protections (definitely didn't think we would need it 5 months later). If you are looking for cheap furniture at better prices I would suggest IKEA."
