Two Girls Art Studio

"The logo of Two Girls Art Studio - Two Girls, One Dream and a Whole Lot of Love – was not at all what we experienced. We experienced a Whole Lot of Frustration, Disappointment, and Inability to deliver on their commitments. We originally placed a simple, custom powder room vanity order after meeting them at the Brimfield Flea Market in July 2021. They noted our order was very similar to items they had created in the past, and would be available for us in 4-6 weeks. So – we put down a deposit. After 4 weeks – the problems started. After repeatedly calling , emailing and texting for updates on our order, and driving to their showroom multiple times – (only to find it closed when their website said it would be open) – the Two Girls were 100% unresponsive. No returned calls or emails. Finally – we received a return call after nearly 10 weeks into our order – and arrangements were made for a pickup. We asked for a picture of the item before we drove back over – but no picture was ever sent. I won't detail our frustration as they changed our pickup time at the last minute - as the cabinet was need to meet our construction deadlines. I'll just say we were beyond aggravated. And then – when we finally went to pick up the cabinet – it was beyond awful. It looked like something a 10-year old put together. Clunky, uneven – total junk - to put it nicely. (Possibly the last nail was put in just before we arrived.) And the owner agreed! Our construction deadline was missed – because we put our faith and trust in this business. Now we have had to pay expedited shipping charges to get a replacement cabinet delivered. We go out of our way to support small businesses. But the Two Girls Art Studio gives small businesses a bad name. They were unresponsive, did not meet to their commitments and delivered extremely poor quality handmade items."

"I had a great experience while stopping in to buy Dixie Belle paint. Both girls were so helpful with their advice about color and brushes. My project turned out great thanks to their expertise. I also bought a very nice double sided cloth face mask while there."

"I will never buy another thing from Two Girls Art Studio, this local store in my town. I bought a stand up cribbage board for my dad for Father’s Day, but it didn’t have the pegs. The owner said she just ordered them to come back in a few days. So I did but they didn’t have them. I continued to go back several times, even gave my address twice so the pegs could get shipped directly to me. They never came. Even my friend stopped in for me and left my address again.still nothing. Now it’s October and I still never got the pegs that were promised to me for the cribbage board! I finally order my own. Thanks for nothing I will never return to your store or recommend you for anything. It’s too bad because supporting local businesses is so important!"
