"Ordered a swing set, took 6 weeks for install. Estimated 4 but that’s ok. Day of install I noticed broken pieces installed and screws sticking out 1/4” on the rock wall. Fixed the screws myself but talked to the company about replacing the broken ladder piece. 4 months later, endless phone calls, unanswered texts. I resorted to contacting the owner but that hasn’t gone far. $6,500 dollar price tag, I figured I would get a better service. I do not recommend this company. Stay clear."

"Said delivery and installation within 3 weeks, but they never called back to schedule a date. We kept calling and getting the run around... installer is MIA and we are 5k deep with no swingset after a month, and we had our previous playground taken down to prep so kids are incredibly bummed..this could very well be a scam"

"Was looking for a nice swing set for my kids and maybe a play house, but everyone seemed a little to busy to even say hi. Found out they have catelogs inside and when asking for one the cashier was annoyed she had to get up and hand us one. I ended up giving it back to her because I don’t want to spend my money there."
