"BEWARE OF THIS SCHOOL There is zero support from this institution for online students. Especially those who face discriminatory behavior. Working with academic advisors is pointless, disputes never find a resolution, and the offenders get away with their sickening behavior. I have asked for a dispute manager to review this issue further and an academic advisor. Furthermore, this institution does not provide quality education. It provides an atmosphere where students do the minimum to get a piece of paper that may allow us to earn a living. The adjunct professors are absolute trash. In most cases there are varying ideas of what APA formatting actually means. Most "teachers" do not get involved with the course, post videos, or actively try to assist in your growth. Instead, you will likely have an outdated case study that will have outdated references. Due to this, there is a high chance that your paper will receive plagiarism marks. I will update my review after conversations with a dispute manager and academic advisor."

"BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Upon accepting a position at a company they agreed to pay for my school if I transferred to SNHU. After contacting the school I was assured I would graduate sooner than university I was attending at the time. I have sense separated with the company and am now paying for my education completely out of pocket. When approaching my graduation date I asked my advisor what steps needed to be taken. She then informed me that there was a miscommunication and that I would not be graduating for 8 additional months. Which is 6 months later than my original graduation date if I had stayed at my university I was originally attending. Not only has this entire ordeal cost me a lot of time. It has cost me a ton of money as well. When I contacted the school they were less than helpful and directed me to file a "standard complaint.' However, given the track record I honestly do not expect anything to be done. I strongly recommend looking into other institutions.... I will update this review as I receive information about my complaint. Hopefully they will attempt to make things right. But, the odds are definitely not in my favor. Do your homework on the university and get EVERYTHING IN WRITING if for some reason you choose to go here. Update: Today I received a call from their dispute department. Emily M. was very nice on the phone. She assured me they would investigate this fully... The only negative from our conversation is from when I asked "Why is it not best practice to inform students of the Sofia course opportunity? It saves students time and money. Which is vital at a time where tuition rates are at a all time high and we are going through a recession." She replied: "I am not allowed to speak on that." Then quickly diverted the question. Overall, I feel as if there is no hope for this. Other than making it as public as possible to prevent others from going through this horrible set of events. Update: As expected I have heard back from Emily M. (Via email, she did not call me like she said she would) Our conversation the other day seemed to be uplifting. However, she was unable to find any documentation or "Recorded calls" specifying my graduation date. In reality, they realized that they had messed up and that I am 4 days away from completing my degree. They have already gotten my money, time, and now effort. SNHU has now stabbed me in the back one last time. It is unfortunate that I have to have this schools name on my resume for the my entire career. I am disappointed in myself for putting up with this for as long as I did. Additionally, I strongly encourage whoever may be looking into attending this school to go elsewhere. You will get a degree, but at the cost of deception, thousands of dollars, and several months extra of time. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and TIME!!!! Update: I have now reached out to the "Chief Experience Officer" - Susan Nathan. I have not received a response. However, will update accordingly as I receive information. Update: The Chief experience officer did not have the common decency to ever respond to my email. I had another call with the team lead where my frustrations were heard but not acted on. I have elected to just take the loss and leave this post up for those who are thinking of attending this college. FOR YOUR MENTAL AND FINANCIAL SAFETY..... DON'T GO HERE."
