They answer their phone and if not, immediately call you back. Unbelievably professional attitude made it seem like I had known them for years even though it was my first time talking to them. The cushions have a feel unlike any I have ever sat on before. The old cliché you get what you pay for is definitely correct in this case. They may not be the cheapest around but they are the best. The quality of the construction, the quality of the wicker, the feel of the cushions, the little things like tiedowns for the cushions are just exceptional. Even the cover for the daybed is specially designed to fit perfectly around the set. I would order from them again in a minute and my wife and I are already talking about another set to replace a cheap couch we bought online."

I reached out the next day and asked to come to their showroom, and Luke stayed way-late to accommodate our schedule.
