"I waited to see if my Cire trudon candles would arrive on time before posting..****PSA. WESTON TABLE IS ONLY ONLINE. DON'T DRIVE TO WESTON! ** Amazing store that has the most darling trinkets and gifts. A tasteful array of everything nice. Love it."
"I would not give this place even 1 star except zero stars is not an option. I received part of my order opened and unfinished and when I wanted to return it the bot just mouthed a continuous email process that does not work. The catalog looks good tho."
"There was a mixup with my order and I recieved it a wrong item. Weston Table sent the original item, refunded the purchase, and did not require me to send back the wrong item. I thoroughly appreciated them making up for the mistake. I would have given them 5 stars, but the gift was late."
"Weston Table is refusing to refund all of my order. All items were returned in their original packaging and delivered without damage. They're return instructions were followed and return shipping was paid. Word of caution for consumers, do not support this shady business."
"Worst customer service ever. I should have listened to the reviews that said their online order customer service and returns are awful. It is so accurate and on point. I bought an item that arrived damaged. I have bought this item from other small businesses three times prior to this order and they all came in perfect condition. They refused to take it back even though I contacted them within minutes of it being delivered and telling them it’s going to be a gift. They finally said I could send it back after numerous emails, but I would have to pay return shipping costs and they wouldn’t refund the original shipping costs I spent for it to be delivered. I would have lost at least $30. I sent over 20 photos even circling the areas. They’d thank me for sending them and say they would reach out to the manufacturer. I asked to speak with someone over the phone multiple times because it was taking so long and I kept having to email them to get any response because the store doesn’t handle online returns. Customer service would then send me an email at 2 AM saying they cannot do calls. I wonder where their customer service for online orders is even located. This whole process took weeks. It was supposed to be a gift, which now the occasion had passed and I just wanted to return the damaged item they sent to me for a full refund, which would have been the fair thing to do. But, no… they were going to force me to reach out to the manufacturer myself to get a replacement. I do so and the manufacturer states that she offered to refund the company, so she wasn’t sure what the issue was as she was going to refund them, so that they could refund me. They lied to me, so I then copied and pasted the manufacturer’s email. It took two more emails of me pushing, threatening to file a claim with ShopPay (Affirm) and then I got my refund. Will never recommend or shop there again. So glad the experience is over with and lesson learned- always follow what others have written before you. I saw the review right before mine of the dishes breaking in transit and how the owner of Weston Table blamed it on the carrier stating that “they often throw packages during the holidays.” Are you kidding me? You say it as if they do it on purpose to break someone’s gifts… you as the shipper need to send packages knowing they get tossed around. You expect every package to be carried carefully and separately from one location to the next? When you ship something, make sure you do a good job of packaging it. You completely invalidated what that customer said about the way YOU packaged it. Your quality control is nonexistent. Shame on you. You do bad business. Geez…"
