"Be extremely careful with what you pay at this particular location. Several items are marked higher than the online listed price. Ex mid century bar is 799 online and 200 dollars more in store. The mid century bar cart is listed “ON SALE for 399” down from over 500, but 399 is the online price and has been for quite sometime. sketchy practice."

"Awful experience. Went in looking for a vanity. They are on line but not in store. There were no samples of finishes or woods to be seen. I had to go looking for assistance. The person at the register was much more interested in whatever was on her computer screen rather than helping or even conversing with me. I was one of two customers in store with noone else asking for help. What’s the point of having a retail store if you don’t want to help the customer? Never again."

"Worst experience EVER! I bought multiple pieces of furniture in August. It is mid November and some items have arrived, others have been cancelled without notice, others have been back ordered and no one has been able to tell me why… infuriating is and understatement. The delivery of this one console has been cancelled and rescheduled 5 times. FIVE TIMES!!!! I have spent so many hours dealing with costumer service that I’ve basically talked to a couple of reps more than once. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve uttered the phrase “I know this isn’t your fault personally, but please help me understand how a company whose bread and butter is delivering furniture to people’s homes cannot deliver furniture to people’s homes.” Please avoid if you can. Take your money elsewhere"

"I am writing this review, as I sit with my daughter, waiting for some assistance. I walked in looking to buy a sectional, a queen size bed, a consul, an accent chair, some throw pillows, a chandelier, a light fixture and area rugs. It’s so surprising and disappointing because on a Friday afternoon with very little customers, no one is willing to offer help. The person at the register is answering my questions as I go but making it seem like it’s a huge inconvenience to do so. Please do not shop here and go anywhere else. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with West.elm"

"Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping here at all costs. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Placed an in-store order for a sectional sofa in May. Half of the sectional was delivered and the other half was "missing" in the warehouse and is now supposedly on backorder until 2024. Unsure as to why nobody informed me about this and also unsure as to why they delivered half of a couch. The manager, Elizabeth, basically couldn't care any less. She was not helpful in the slightest and did not care to provide me with any solutions. Her suggestion was for me to place an order for a new custom couch and spend over $1000 over what I initially paid for in order to do so. Absolutely not. Awful customer service and awful management with 0 care for the customers. Just don't come here. You'll thank yourself later."
