"Moist, flavorful, and perfectly sweetened—those are the words that came to mind as I took my first and last bites of my wedding cake. I am still wondering how Nellie crafted a vanilla cake with espresso frosting without having an overwhelming sweetness to it, but props to her—she’s very talented. Traditionally, I am not a huge sweets eater, and I feared our wedding cake would be dry and overbearingly sweet. However, from the cake tasting box my wife brought home with three different cakes and four different flavored frostings in it to our perfectly crafted wedding cake almost a year later, Nellie killed it. All of the cakes were moist and flavored to perfection. Nellie kept in continual contact with my wife up to the morning of the wedding and made sure our wedding cake was just the way we wanted it, and it was. The cake we received was just want we asked for: the colors and design perfectly matched our inspiration photographs, the flavor was consistent with the tasting box we tried almost a year prior, and she set everything up, so we had one less thing to worry on the morning of our wedding!
