"I love the service they give I'm just unhappy with my bed that I had bought. I finally finished all the payments and after awhile the bed is just very uncomfortable. So I'm trying to get a new bed possibly with a discount of some sort."

"Well, perfectly honest with you I ordered an E bike wow right well they didn’t wanna put the bike together for me. Yeah that’s right they didn’t wanna put it together for me and then they offer one week leasing but they wanted me to lease it for least amount. Oops, and then they didn’t wanna give me a refund and still happened because I didn’t receive the E bike. Oh my experience with them was awful. They weren’t the most polite people in the world. They were very rude and very obnoxious. Actually we were in there, and then somebody lifted my friends phone out of his pocket . Framingham is the worst place to go in the world, especially Rent a center all"

"I waited all morning for them to drop off my bed. Which they couldn’t deliver over the week because i had to be there. Just for them to not show up or call. i had to call them & they said it was a “mistake” & now they cannot deliver till 3-4pm which is 3-4 hours after when it was supposed to be delivered. Worst experience i’ve ever had with a company."

"Completely honest, I wish they had a lower rating for me to score this particular location. 3 years ago I was threatened by the store manager. I filed a complaint and the district manager helped me fix the situation. I just called because we placed an order for a table and the same person (Nelson) who is the store manager refused to sell me a table for Christmas. Not only that, he was completely rude to me and my wife on the phone right away. I was not even rude and just wanted my application processed. He wouldn’t give me any numbers and decided to continue to be rude to me. That is not a way to manage a store and demonstrate extraordinary customer service. This has got to change. Because of him I will not be able to host a family reunion for Christmas. Thanks Nelson from Framingham."
