"The bilotti group has hands down the worst management there is or that you can find, they lie about their policies, they are unreliable and they never pick up the calls.their apartments are good but again poorly maintained.They are just bad, they need more professionalism no one seems to know what their policies are as they all tell me different things and many more .they are just BAD. The worst managers and management they need to be taken back to landlord and management school or something, wouldn’t recommend if u want a good management authority as landlords."

"I live in an apartment owned by Bilotti group. They are the worst landlords I have ever had. I have been complaining about a leak in my bathroom for over 3 months now. They schedule appointments to come and fix it and no-one shows up. Now they won't even return my many phone calls!! I wish I never rented from them"

"If you notice that the property is being mismanaged by Bilotti, run! Also, please pay attention to the numerous one-star reviews that depict the horrifying experiences people have had with them, contrasted with the five-star reviews from their 'friends and family' :) These individuals have no grasp of what's actually happening, from abandoned cars left in parking lots for years to questionable operations like short-term rentals in their buildings. Whenever you're fortunate enough to reach out to them, they'll make you feel like a major inconvenience. Nothing ever happens on time; scheduled events and repairs are routinely delayed or completely forgotten. You'll often find that they have no clue whether something was fixed or not, so you'll have to contact them repeatedly. Be prepared for unexpected surprises—like days without electricity or water. The only thing you can count on is your monthly bill."

"I see a lot of bad reviews on hear and also the owner responding to a few tenants. Based upon living here for around 4yrs. I understand that you can't please everyone and there are two sides to every story and the truth. Based upon my experience the mangerment is ok. I requested my AC to be replaced due to its basically dieing and outdated. They agreed to evaluate it in the spring before summer . Hopefully they due. In my apartment complex they recently replaced windows witch went well but since then I have water stains on my ceiling in my bedroom. They did send out someone twice due to at first I had one stain then it became 2. The 2nd time the spots were painted over witch is fine but it may be a roof problem and if not looked into it could become a major problem. What If it leaks into my bedroom and if it's a roof problem it may damage a lot .if the owner truly reads reviews these reviews and truly cares for his/hers good tenants who pay on time then he/she should look into this I submitted a work order have pictures so he/she can find out what tenant submitted this. A good tenant should bevalued. Let's see."
