He was very patient, gave us some great feedback on the materials of the furniture to ensure we bought something that was perfect for our lifestyle ( a kid, dogs ) and stayed within our budget. "last week I went into Cardi’s to buy a sectional. I was greeted by a sales representative as I was heading in, her name was Grace Lopes. I explained to her what I was looking for & she said I think I know a couch that would be the perfect fit, But, let’s go check out a few you might like, then you can decide. she showed me a few in my price range from low to high. & honestly I loved them all. she didn’t tell me originally which exact one she thought I’d like, she wanted me to choose on my own. Once I had made my decision in my head, I asked her if she would tell me which one she thought would be the perfect fit, and sure enough, it was the one I went with! Grace is patient and informative! She’s not just there to “get a quick sale.” She lets you take your time & tells you in detail about all the pieces. I highly recommend the next time you go in, to ask for her! You won’t be disappointed!"
