"If I could add a 0 I would. I declined to sign a furniture agreement bc of an added charge that I didn't know about the day before, in addition to the time frame I wanted to make payments. At first I thought they were reasonable bc I changed my mind like four times. I've decided to use a different RAC that didn't add the additional cost and the over all price was cheaper, HOWEVER they deliberately wouldn't send over my information to the other store just so I couldn't process my order, in addition to losing the 1cent promotion that ends tomorrow. I've used the company before and even had credit but never have I had to deal with this. I've reached out to the store directly several times, emailed corporate, and stuck on hold with customer service. RAC is good but this store is not professional !!"
