"The guy tried to help, but a bad company isn't fixed by one good employee. Ordered from website for pickup from Salem store - showed as in stock there. It was not, so they said they would order one in. Never gave a time frame. Two weeks later, I got a call it was ready for pickup, then another that what they got was the wrong color. I agreed to take the wrong color, 'cause it's something we need, then while looking at the site, I realized the item was significantly smaller than what I had ordered and would not physically fit. Not the guy at the store's fault, but after 2 weeks of unhelpful customer service emails before this kerfuffle (to which they stopped replying), I won't be using this company again."
