Our small group of dedicated neighbors have come together to acquire and restore historic properties, providing beautiful homes for our community. We have invested in local businesses and trade professionals to help restore the homes, including F&S Electric, Gills Appliance, and Mt. Hope Paint. We have also supported downtown establishments such as Robertos, Portside, The Nest, and more to sustain our community.
In addition, we have planted fruit trees such as apple, peach, pear, plum, and cherry trees, as well as re-established various types of flowers and plantings in our community. Our restored apartments are available as housing options for the next generation, ensuring that our historic properties are protected for the future.

A young couple renting in downtown Bristol, Brian has dropped everything to help us before, from flat tires to buying and installing a washer/dryer within 8 hours of discussing it! Your treated like family and not just another renter. The properties are gorgeous and well taken care of, with less than a 2 minute walk to the heart of downtown Bristol. Amazing restaurants, shops and water views! BPM is the way to go if you want to relax and know that your rental space is going to be comfortable and perfect for a getaway or long term rental!"
"I lived at 52 Constitution for a little over a year. Anytime we needed anything Brian was always there for us. If things were broken he would have them fixed or replaced very quickly. It was a great first apartment for me. It’s also in a great location, near the water, near great places to eat, and a beautiful park/bike path. Overall a great place to live!"
