Beach Mansion

"From what I can see in the available pictures for this place is that it's very beautiful and very well made. The details in and on the house is just breathtaking. I can only imagine myself in this place with my family having a good time. Unfortunately I can't have this place for I don't have a job yet and I don't have the money to rent such a magnificent piece of work and art. I'm happy for whoever rents this gorgeous place."

"Really cool mansion. Right next to the beach, tons of space, heated pool. It was even in the movie "The Haunting Of Alice D". Only downside is only 2 rooms have AC units, I'd say one improvement would be adding some standing AC units to some of the rooms."

"This house was the perfect space for our 26-person family reunion. Each couple had its own room, the kids slept in remaining rooms with ease and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate all. Along with the sheer space, we marveled at the history behind the house, appreciating the decadent furniture and beautiful inlays. Aside from the house itself, the location could not have been more perfect. A stone throw away from the beach, we were able to enjoy the ocean whenever and as often as we wanted. The pool in the backyard also provided tremendous fun. All in all, we had no need to leave the house to thoroughly enjoy ourselves and each other."

"Place is in such disrepair. Bathrooms are terrible. Carpets are stained and dirty. The cable is thrown all over the house to run the tvs of which there are too many. Feels like a frat house. Owner could invest more money and put hand towels and soap in bathrooms. Owner could also modernize several bathrooms. Cash cow for owner with little investment. Hedge needs trimming."
