"I placed an online pickup order and my account was charged, yet no email confirmation was sent to me at all. I contacted this location, and unfortunately they were unable to help me on their end. I was told an online pick up order doesn’t charge, it “holds” until the item is picked up. I was not able to pick up my item because I never received confirmation, nor did the store receive my order request so my $320 is in limbo. I contacted corporate and they were extremely unhelpful. I was told the reason my order never went through was because my item was out of stock. I have never ever placed an order for an out of stock item and had my money taken from my account with no tendered goods. Normally, it would decline the request and notify me the item is out of stock. Corporate tells me that my money “should” come back to me within 10 days. I feel like this is completely insane, I have never had a business do anything like this before. Think twice before placing an online pick up order with this company!! Very disappointed as I have enjoyed shopping here many times, but due to the unprofessional responses I received, I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"For the quality of the majority of the stuff here, it's highly overpriced, since you can pay much less for the same quality stuff on Amazon. But they do have a HUGE selection of household goods to match any style. And the employees are very nice and helpful. I was lucky to pick up this hamper and step stool last time I went, and both items were on sale. At their listed retail price I would not have bought them, so just make sure you go while they're having a sale! If they sold better quality stuff, 5 stars for sure! But I guess that's their business model so 4 stars it is.."
