"I bought a $3,100 bed and frame. They came and installed it as soon as me and my fiancé laid on it for the first time the legs bent in. It’s a bed frame that lifts up and down and when we went to move it up. We heard a big thud like something broke. Mind you we just got it installed not even 10 mins before laying in it when this happened… the people who put it together spent not even 5 minutes putting the frame together and left without even trying it out to make sure it was safe."
