"I am absolutely appalled by the way that Warren treated my Dad, sister, and I when we went in today to inquire about flowers for my mother’s funeral. There was a nice guy there that helped us at first, he gave us some books to look at and asked us when the services were, which was a whole week away. After we found some things we liked, we started to show Warren what we were looking at, the first thing I showed him he rudely said, “no. I don’t do those.” So then we started showing him some other stuff, he then cuts me off and asks when the funeral was, when I told him it was one week from today, he just gave me a blank stare and after about 10 seconds, he said, “No. We don’t have time for that, this is not a good time of the year during the holidays.” He was very rude and not sympathetic at all to the fact that we just lost a loved one “during the holidays” like we can chose when someone passes away…. We just couldn’t believe the way he went about it, we would have understood a small business being too busy around the holidays, but he could have been more sympathetic and apologized for not being able to do it, instead of treating us like we could have any control over when our loved one died. He was so rude in fact, that the nice man who started with us came out into the parking lot to apologize for his behavior. He also did the same thing to my other sister when she went in later on to ask, not knowing that we had already been in. Needless to say, we will never return or recommend his services to anyone!"
