"Never had issues with phones for 17 plus years, they sell me a new, very expensive Samsung and it stopped opening and closing properly shortly after the time frame they would take it back. I am stuck with the phone for 3 years now they sais could not help me told me I had to bring it somewhere else, an hour drive or mail it. Suggested that I buy another phone to use in the meantime. Stuck with a piece of junk."
