"Zero stars wasn’t an option. Shady, sketchy and dishonest. Run!!!!!!! Our plan was changed without a proper explanation or permission and we ended up paying more for less. We were told to call 611 and that “she” couldn’t make changes to our plan (after she already did) and 611 said go back to the store for help which leaves us no where. Leaving Verizon after 13 years because of this Verizon retailer. A very poor representation of the brand. Edit* By the way, fyi, the Augusta store is getting tired of cleaning up your messes!"

"I was lucky to find Josh Brown at this Verizon store. I have been to several but never have I found anyone as helpful, patient and kind. Went out of his why to help me. I purchased a new phone 14 because he took his time to explain and show me how to use it properly. What a good experience to find someone so considerate and friendly. I certainly will recommend him to my friends and your Verizon store in Waterville. A 10 for sure! Thank you Josh and Verizon. Great Service!"

"I just recently visited the Waterville Verizon Store to up-grade my husband’s and my phones. Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted by both Tammy and Jason. Tammy skillfully guided us through our purchase, answering our questions and demonstrating the updated features of our new phones. When I encountered a few glitches, she and Jason came to my rescue and helped me out cheerfully. What I especially noticed and appreciated is the obvious professionalism demonstrated by both Tammy and Jason. They work as a team and provide a positive climate in their store! If I could give the TEN stars, I would! They both exceeded my expectations in their attention to their clients, which was/is greatly appreciated by both my husband and me.
