"Had very important tax papers that i needed to copy in order that i wanted to copy one by one so the papers didn’t get out of order and I was made to take the staples out and do them all at once which led to the papers being out of order and it took hours to figure out which papers went with which. The man working was very rude and was more worried about rushing us out the door than making sure it was the way we needed it to be. I’ve never had any trouble before this, so please do better."

"The copy & print center is SUPER hit or miss. Sometimes, the employees are helpful, educational, and have great customer service. Other times, they are rude and act put out when you ask them to print something (which is their job). I’m sure they get a lot of orders and are stressed at times, but they should still be polite. As a person who has worked in customer service for many years, I’m often very unimpressed with how some of these employees act."
