"I went in today looking for a mattress set. I was tired and frazzled because we are just moving into our new home, from Florida. Roxanne greeted me immediately when I came in and gave me a warm welcome. She sensed I was stressed and too her time with me, answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions. I bought a really nice Queen set. Very happy with my whole experience. We are also in the market for a leather sofa. I’ll be going back there to create my living room. Hope to see Roxanne again!"

Yes, my first Mattress and Box Spring lasted 20 years and it was time for an upgrade to a New Bed Set. This is a Great locally owned Furniture & Bedding Store in Greenfield, MA The Prices are Very Reasonable and the Quality is Great, 20 yrs on same Mattress & Box Spring. Harry and Roxanne are Exceptional People, very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful with each customer to pick out what is best for them and Honest Sales Staff who will not pressure you in to buying. I felt Respected and valued the first time in the door, and so will you. "If I could give zero stars I would. The owner and his employee (his girlfriend) were extremely condescending and rude to my husband and I. We bought a couch and were told if it doesn't fit through the door we could return it for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee (which is also printed on the receipt.) On the day we picked it up we found it wouldn't be able to get through our door unfortunately so we called and said we'd be returning it. We were met with yelling and being told we were not allowed to and they wouldn't take it back no matter what. We will have since gotten the couch into our apartment via the window, however, I would never recommend anyone use them. They are very rude, unreliable and unreasonable even with the policy printed on their receipt."

"We stopped in here and we are so very glad we did! They offer an excellent variety of quality bed frames, mattresses, chairs, sofas, and more at their Main street location. Their prices are very reasonable they provide local delivery for a small fee. The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There it's no hard sell here, just friendly service. I did not see mattresses costing thousands of dollars, just comfortable quality items at reasonable prices. I urge everyone to give them a try and support a local business that has resided on Main Street for over 20 years. It is one of the few true businesses remaining, so you know their doing something right! Easy parking right in front and handicapped accessible too."
