"I have no respect for the store manager whom I witnessed slam her office door in a customers face, harassed multiple customers for payments, yet delivered broken or damaged items or items with missing pieces. Horrible customer service, lies just to get sales; I have never been a Rent-A-Center customer and for this, I will definitely never be."
