"My friend who has terminal cancer was trying to return furniture and was denied. They requested payment, she is currently IN THE HOSPITAL recieving a possible life saving transplant. Ryan's response was "better pay him incase you die today" this is completely unacceptable and totally rude and inconsiderate! I am appaled, and so is she."
"They all have a great sense of humor, many package deals, especially when I needed a laptop for my daughter cpl yrs ago when she went off to college. Recently got a gift for a relative there and usually make out like a bandit on sidewalk sales in the summer! Ryan and Jim are professional (I mostly deal with those gentlemen). I really had any bad experiences unless it was a new employee who tried to up-sell me and didn’t know I know the already ropes! Other than that, I like the fact if you join Aaron’s club you get crazy discounts. If they apply to you, even dental!, movies, etc. I’m a coupon queen, so this works for me 100% and I travel A LOT!"
