"They’re really expensive that’s the last place I would go unless I absolutely had to resident that there’s good service and good people that work there"
"Always get great service and fast answers here."
"I went to the Jay store to buy my granddaughter a rabbit cage and other essentials, I try to shop local and support area businesses. The wait and line was very long as the second register was not working for cards. I paid for my purchases and went to the car, but I felt that the amount charged was too much for what I had bought. After checking my receipt I noticed I was overcharged by almost $25.00 for the cage. I went back in and asked for the manager and was told the assistant manager was out back counting money but the nice young man said he would tell him. I waited another 15 minutes, still no sign of Ray, asked again , he was told again and I waited another 10-15 minutes for him to come to the desk. He still didn't address me or the overcharge. The worker told him that I had asked to speak to the manager, I politely said I wanted the name and number of the manager so I could call him on Monday. Ray was very irritated that I didn't want to deal with him (as his poor service and attitude was the issue )and Ray said" that's how we do business here" and stormed off. I did tell the young guys working there that I didn't have any problems with them and thanked them for waiting on me. I wasn't angry about the mistake, everyone makes them . I am upset with way I was treated and talked to by someone who is suppose to be in charge when the manager isn't there, and has no service or personal skills whatsoever. Other people have told me they have been treated the same way by this person and they stated they dont go there anymore because of it. I will call on Monday and speak to the manager, if I dont feel like I am being heard, I will not shop there anymore either. If you want your local business supported, treat your customers better."
"This place is a great place to get your supplies real quick. If you dint feel like driving 45 mins to home depot or walmart.... they have pet supplies which is great, I buy crickets frequently from there and they have an employee named April, which has been very helpful. The only negative is that the prices can be kinda high for certain things."
"Great little home town feel and they've saved me on a Sunday numerous times. I've used a lot of they're product both professionally and personally. Could have cost me a long drive except for them. They give great advice and if they don't know they'll find someone who does. Worth the money both for products and for conversation. Highly reccomend"
