"We were vacationing in Embden and on our way up one of our bikes fell off our bike rack after a strap broke while going at speed. Bob made our bike as good a new and only charged us a tune up. Every place I called was closed when we were available. After speaking to Bob he said that he was also closed but, he went above and beyond to accommodate us.
