"I actually can't report on the store itself, as I been unable to contact them... Tried calling multiple times over the last few months and have only once gotten somebody to answer - only to be told they weren't taking any donations until after the New Year. OK, so it's after the New Year but still no one answering the phone... not even an answering machine. I'm giving up and will donate elsewhere. Tried to go shop there one day, but it was closed on Mondays. I'll give them an extra star just because it sounds like they try to have helpful programs for special needs people."
"It's just very hot in here all the time, I walk in for a few minutes and then I have to leave... I would love it if I could stay longer"
"Very clean and low price. August 14th- Changing my review to 4 becuase things don't change inside. Been there 4 times within 3 months and it dosent seem to change much. Walked out empty handed all 4 times."
"The people taking the donations today. July 8th, at 956 am, at your guys thrift shop just made me feel so unwelcome it was ridiculous. First they throw out the chair I just donated out in the garbage after I asked them if they would accept it before i went back home to get it. And then the second person who opened the door had such an attitude towards me about everything, including my interest in a just donated item they proceeded to close the door after I only put one thing in. As if that cold gesture wasnt enough,, another person was sent out to go talk to me in general. She said that I was out there for a while and if there was anything they could help with, which was true since i was detangling the hangers and setting them up on something that was just donated. I could tell from their tone and attitude that they just wanted to get rid of me, not for the fact for more oncoming donation traffic or anything of the sorts, but that they were somehow bothered by my presence and not indeed giving the expected customer service or human decency. The person who was sent out to talk to me proceeded and it grew more hostile, she brought up the fact that id been there multiple times today, as if it was a red flag and just her overall tone was so condescending. She tried smoothing over the fact they dont keep everything donated, and throw things away and she just spoke to me like a child. Yes, I understand were in a pandemic and took the extra precautions myself, and i understand how it affects businesses, but I dont feel they appreciated any of my donations at all (though she had tried saying at the end thank you for the donations, she was very insincere.) Instead i felt as i was an unwanted presence. I felt like i was treated more like a criminal or something, instead of a caring citizen who loves and supports their important programs. Never donating there again, I don't even think I want to shop there anymore."
