Forever 21

"Forever 21 is not what it used to be, but I still like what they have to offer sometimes. I was not a fan of the cashier I encountered today. She was rude/dismissive. Perhaps she was already having a rough day. Who knows? I try to extend grace/understanding to those who work in customer service, but this cashier's attitude really rubbed me the wrong way."

"You should update the opening hours on Sunday, it says that you open at 10:00 am when in fact you open at 12:00 pm, very annoying that I left home early and when I arrived at the store the store was closed."

"Went shopping there this past weekend and the store was an absolute mess. I rarely ever shop at this F21 but on the rare occasion that I do, it's always very messy and hard to navigate around the store. The employee there couldn't seem anymore miserable, she huffed and sighed when I got to the register, she had absolutely zero customer service skills. And she was dressed was absolutely inappropriate, there's a difference between being fashionable and trashy. It was uncomfortable to even look at her between her attitude and her attire. I'm not sure who the manager is at the store, but it's so discouraging to shop in there when 1. your store is absolutely chaotic and uninviting 2 your employees are visibly miserable to the point where they project their attitude on their customers and 3 when your employees are dressed like strippers at store where families bring their teenagers to shop and it's 11:00 in the morning. Get it together."

"Their employees used to be so nice and now they couldn't be less helpful. I went in to exchange a shirt for a different size and instead of helping me, the impatient cashier says "yeah, you wont find a large". Worst service ever."
