"This is a wonderful place. Great amenities, pond , pools (2) 1 adults only. One family. Great food service. Restaurant and Private on site catering. Nice store on property with coffee and muffins. 10 mph on all paths. Lots of golf carts, bikes and foot traffic. Super clean and manicured landscape. Had a really good lobster BLT in the bar area."

"We just love Summer Village on the pond. It’s a wonderful resort like community. It’s seasonal so it’s only open from April to October. The community consists of about 250 Summer cottages. The amenities include a spacious Sandy beach on long sought for pond, a full service beachside restaurant and bar that is open Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon, There is a snack bar that is open when the restaurant is closed. There is a gym with all the typical equipment. There are kayaks, canoes, and sunfish sailboats for members to use, there are two heated pools, one adult only and one for families just in case you your not a beach person. The people here are friendly and welcoming. The preferred mode of transportation is golf carts and most owners have them. There are plenty of organized activities for children and adults, and entertainment almost weekly."

"Great family resort open spring, summer and early fall. Adult and children's pools, restaurant, function hall and gym. Each residence is a stand alone house and individually owed. We booked ours well equipped house on VRBO. There is a nice beach on a pond with floating dock for jumping in. Overall a nice place for relaxing family time. The site is close to RT4 and interstate 495. There is gated access and a guest parking lot. Golf carts are advised and available with most units."
