"First time back since 2019. Always loved this store, but this time around I walked in with my nephew and had to walk right out. The choice of music being played isn't exactly what I'd call family friendly. I'm not one for censorship but I also don't want to subject young children to slurs and swears. I also heard other people walking out saying "what's with that music". Wish I could have checked out their clothes, maybe next time."

"I've been going to Captains Club the five year they've been on the vineyard, and I've never been disappointed. Everything from the hats, the shirts, the crew necks, and the tank tops are all high quality and look fresh as hell. I've grown to know the staff, and they are by far the nicest people on Martha's Vineyard. I love the people, Love the store, and highly recommend anybody on Martha's Vineyard, go to Captains Club."

"Great store, great atmosphere, great clothing. Got my girlfriend a nice t-shirt. Didn’t have my size at the store, so the big man directed me to the website where there was a big selection of styles and sizes. He was also nice enough to give me the code for discounted shipping."

"I ordered a sweatshirt from them and I never got a confirmation email. When the sweatshirt never came after a few weeks I went to the website and it was shut down and is now gone. So, I called and left a message with Allie at customer service who never called me back. I tried calling multiple times and they never picked up. My sweatshirt never came and I was charged $50 to my debit card. So disappointed. I loved the store and the item but was screwed over by the company who took my money, never called me back, and gave me no refund. I am a student and now I am out a valuable $50. I hope for compensation. Do not shop there."
