"Today I went into the store at around 11:45 am, and I asked what seemed to be the manager a question about the sale, his response was very rude “you gotta read the sign.” I then said, “I just meant which parts of the store”, and instead of just answering the question he rudely snapped “You gotta read the sign.” Refused to answer my question and seemed very annoyed and angered that I would be asking him anything. He was dressed in all black with a sideways hat on. Made me extremely uncomfortable to be in ten stores and quickly left after buying one thing."

"Staff are GARBAGE. Always on their phones and are scammy when it comes to returns by deceiving you into providing information for a rewards account to meet their daily goals. They tell you that they can’t process a return without that information even while they have your receipt in front of them. This ghetto mall and this ghetto pacsun are the reason why I’ll never return."

"The person who I assume was the manager was extremely rude. Used aggressive tones and made us feel unwanted. It seems as though the rest of the staff get their demeanor from the manager. My son and I were in an out and only bought one single item. Horrible vibe, horrific customer service. Will never return."
