"They have great things unfortunately this is the third time I went there and they were so understaffed that they couldn’t allow me to use the fitting room so for the second time again I left without making my purchase Management really needs to get it together"

"Terrible customer service experience. The girl working in the dressing room was rude and acted entitled as if it wasn’t her job to give customers a satisfactory experience. As a former customer service employee, it’s your job to ensure the customer wants to return to the store. After this experience, I hope she gets fired and gets a reality check. If you’re working in the dressing room, that means you are to provide sizes , clean up after customers , take clothes back to the racks, etc. I shouldn’t have to explain somebody’s job description but I suppose she was unsure of it for the way she has acted and treated me. Never going back to this store again."

"Never ever shopping there again. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have walked out. I was looking for an outfit for a party I am on the way to and I was using the dressing room and then walked back Into the store to grab another size. On my way back in the dressing room the woman working upstairs with the bad lipstick TOUCHED ME! And told me “don’t leave your clothes in the dressing room take them out” trying to reprimand me as if I’m her daughter or something. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have walked out right there. Not only is that her JOB to clean out the dressing room but I WASN'T DONE TRYING ON THE ITEMS I left in there!! I just grabbed the cheapest thing I could find and left. Like I said she’s lucky I had to purchase something there for timings sake or I would have walked out. Horrible horrible customer service. And the place smelled bad and the clothes were cheap quality"

"Great clothing for great price's im a mok of two and have a hard time finding clothing they have plus size clothing at affordable prices and staff is beyond helpful and amazing"
