"This is going to be the first of many… If I could rate zero I would but not possible. Worst customer service ever. Store Manager Rosa, useless and careless. My account has being inactive for something that was done on their end. It has a very easy fix so that I can access my money again but they are in no hurry to solve my problem. First of all, if you are unable to perform cash refunds because you don’t have cash at the store, very simple, DONT TAKE CASH from your customers. And also, please inform before hand of this ridiculous policy to your customers before a purchase is made. This person told me she is on sales and that my issue had nothing to do with her anymore. Can you believe that???? News flash Rosa, in case you haven’t noticed you still work for the brand. Margaret from Client Services, horrible as well. She asked me to expect a response within the next 24 to 48 business hours. And still nothing. She also told me I could request to speak to her again for follow up. I have called twice and she has been “unable” to take my call. So I have had to repeat this issue to more people that don’t anything about over and over again. Wait for more, there’s more to come on my end."

"I love Tory Burch and have purchased many of their products over the years. Unfortunately, the staff at this store are aggressive and rude. I went in to look at wallets on 6/4/23 and the redhaired staff member treated me like she thought I was shoplifting. (Not that this should matter AT ALL, but I was decently dressed in expensive name brand clothing and a Tumi backpack.) You are better off ordering online or through Nordstrom. Additionally, I was here last month to return part of an online clothing order that didn't fit and the woman helping me spoke super aggressively and tried to take my phone into the back room with her to process the return. I get that sales is stressful but smoke some w**d or something before your shift, my god."

"Was in there yesterday 12/15/2022, no other customers were in the store. An employee, a women of darker skin was standing there on her phone the entire time. Obviously not work related. I find this behaviour in a retail store unacceptable. She made no effort to be helpful. Obviously here social media contacts were what was important. Hard to believe you would pay an employee like this. Strangely on my return pass by of this store, they had a black band closing off the entrance, like do not enter, once again no one in the store. It was about 2:30 and no customers appeared welcomed with this black band crossing the entrance. Please get some new helpful employees."
