"Wow. Love Jenni Kayne sweaters -- I have 5 cashmere ones in mulitple styles and I have several cotton ones. I was actually looking to buy a new one so popped into the shop on Newbury Street in Boston and looked through the entire store and the entire rack of clothes and not one person spoke to me and my daughter. Not a word, not a welcome in, not a hello. Nothing. We both dress classically and stylishly. My daughter WORKS IN THE FASHION industry. Soured my taste for sure. Disappointing.
