"The worst Nordstrom. The worst employees. You’d think you’d deal with nicer individuals but no. The reviews are accurate. I went in to return a large size shoe that I ordered online, the saleswomen insisted that she can order the correct size in store. She confirmed numerous times the correct size before placing the order. I wait 2 weeks for my order and while waiting no one seemed to be able to find my order in the system. Mentioning the person that placed the order didn’t place it in the online site I have no clue what that meant. Get this, When the shoe arrives 2 weeks later, it is a size 2x BIGGER and get this, in a size Men! The absolute worst! A few days later I go back in to return this shoe, the salesman at the register insisted on fixing hangers before helping me. Waited about 2 min before he took my receipt, Let alone greet me. He didn’t ask the reason for the return, if there’s anything he could do, nothing. Snatched the receipt and made the return. Today is 11/16 at 3:30 so you can figure out who was scheduled to work the returns. There were also 4 people behind the register, no one said a thing to me."

"Went in because they had the shoes in stock that I wanted. (I called) Got there and they didn’t have that style. I picked a different style but they only had size 9. I wear 9 1/2. The salesman said since there Sperry’s they stretch. Been wearing Sperry’s all my life. They don’t stretch."

"The beauty and fragrance section is always amazing and I need to not visit as much but there is always something new and shiny I NEED** haha. I wish the clothing+shoe department had a little more variety though. Somehow it feels the natick store has more options. Staff are always eager to help and knowledgeable about products. All in all a good shopping experience."
