"Ghetto, disrespectful, customer service very horrible and unprofessional. They watch customers as if they are stealing instead of greating them as they enter. Refuse to do a proper price check even if the discount is on display. Will be reporting them to the BBB."

"I wish I could leave this store location zero stars because the employees are unprofessional, customers service sucks and they all have attitudes. Male employee arguing with a female customer who asked if the 25% sticker price applied for all boots since it was visible on the box."

"Customer service is horrible I was very polite very explanatory about one of my items not having a tag and the cashier assume that I did not speak Spanish and was speaking about me in Spanish and I understood everything. when I gave her the jacket that did have a tag I told her that this is the one with a tag and she’s folding it to bag it and I said no that’s the one with the tag and then she tells her manager right next to her in Spanish she didn’t tell me oh yes I did tell you and why would I have two of the same jackets in my hand lol so rude . there’s no fitting room there and returns are only 14 days I would definitely take my money elsewhere I only bought three items there and that place is not worth it."

"Went to this store a few times, and nothing but bad experiences. If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone that works there is gossiping about the customers and even their own coworkers. Overheard the manager, named Katherine, making fun of and talking badly about one of their coworkers that was injured. I approached the register to purchase a pair of shorts and was greeted with a bad attitude. One of the worst Rainbows store around. Take your business and your money elsewhere."
