Brandy Melville - Back Bay

"You've heard it once, you've heard it a million times! The girls that work here are clearly fresh out of high school and have little to no costumer service experience. I've literally never made a review before on anything but this is my favorite store, I go here regularly, and I'm getting so tired of having to say "excuse me!" To every single employee that is making a semi circle and talking on the floor. I've been regularly bumped into by employees because they're too wrapped up in their conversations with each other to hear me. It's not even about the employees themselves— every single person who has rung me out has been incredible & kind. Pay these girls more so that they have more insentive to work! Train them better! Discipline! Fire people who don't work well! PLEASE!!! Three stars for cute clothing and, once again, great costumer service specifically and only when getting rung up."

"This is our second one we have been too. Staff were super friendly. Super busy at opening make sure to shop fast or you may be waiting in a dressing room line or checkout line. Haha. Most the items are one size fits all, but not all."

"This location is always well stocked, and very busy. The only issue is that I have dust allergies and they never clean the place. The dust is piled high on the wooden dividers for the try on area, and on the duffel bags under the displays, which always leave me suffering after we leave. They need to improve cleanliness here."

"The store is very busy with teenage girls, as it is catered toward them. By now most people know that the store is “one size fits most” so be weary of that. overall not a bad experience, just really busy especially mid-day (1-3 pm). The quality is excellent and their intimate pieces are cute. i would not hype this stores however because it is pretty basic and preppy."
