The teacher leaves the room everyone’s asking everyone questions. Trying to organize a meet without the teacher so we can ask each other questions. Do not take the class in Bourne. The teacher doesn’t teach. So upsetting. I was looking forward to this course. Never mind it was $1000"

"Great school with great teachers. I went to their location in Framingham in August, the teacher was great, went through all the books and help us understand the building code. The customer service of this school is great as well, Doug was very helpful every time I had a question I would call and he'd be right there for me. "Thanks to Construction Certification Institute Inc. (CCI), I was able to pass the Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License exam with flying colors on the first try. They provide ALL the required books/amendments/tabs (unlike other services) at a fair price. Expert instructors (Mike Tusino) pass along tremendous real-world knowledge and experience. The course materials and unique process are clear, thorough, and extremely effective. And finally, the staff (Doug Adams) are always ready to answer questions and provide assistance in preparation for the exam. I can't imagine a better way to prepare for and pass the MA state license exams than CCI. Thank you again and keep up the great work!"

"Buyer Beware!!! The WORST training program I have ever attended, of any kind. The 8 week class entailed putting together binders and is completely self study. There is absolutely no instruction, teaching or answering of questions of any kind done in these sessions. Any person who can read, yes even your teenager, can 'lead' one of these sessions as the 'teacher' simply hands out homework/self study papers and then reads the answers during the next class. The 'instructor' consistently deflected any questions saying "its there in the book, you need to read it". Regardless of how you positioned it, they simply deflect the question back to you needing to read the code books. If you can read, buy the books and study on your own time, you will get NOTHING out of attending classes with CCI. After speaking with several students who felt the same, that this "class" was a waste of time, I spoke with the owner of this program and he was rude, arrogant, defensive and completely dismissive. At one point the owner told me that they weren't going to spoon feed us the information. I asked for a refund and he laughed. Completely disappointed with the CCI program. Buyer beware, its not what its marketed to be."
