Reviews of Aritzia
"Great store and very helpful staff. I needed to exchange a sweatshirt and May and Serenity helped me get the correct style and fit. They were both so helpful. I also purchased a puffer coat at the store a month ago and they are the best!"
"I recently had an unforgettable experience at Aritzia in Prudential Boston that I simply must share. As someone who adores their products, especially my gray Super Puff jacket, I was devastated when I accidentally spilled Glossier blush on it. I bought the jacket two weeks ago, Feeling quite upset, I stumbled into Aritzia, hoping for a miracle. That’s when I met Ellen, she was very busy at the store but still has time to listen my concern and gave me two stain wipes. The real magic happened as I consistently applied the wipes - the pink blush stain began to vanish! Within minutes, my jacket looked as good as new. I was amazed and relieved beyond words. Ellen didn’t just help me; she saved my day with her kindness and quick thinking. A big thank you to Ellen and Aritzia Prudential Boston for turning my day around and for providing a shopping experience that truly stands out."
"I used to love this place - before it turned into a store totally aimed at 18 year olds only. You walk in and the speakers are at PEAK high - it's like a club, but it's just super distracting when you're just trying to find some pants or a shirt, it's so loud you can't even hear the sales people when they ask you if you need help. Plus they took out ALL THE MIRRORS from the inside of the fitting rooms, so you have to strut outside with a bunch of boyfriends/husbands awkwardly sitting there staring at you while you see how your butt looks in pants in the mirror. SUPER AWKWARD. They have one secret room with a mirror -- who knows why. Otherwise you literally have to walk out there not sure how the heck you look in front of strangers -- just so you can see how you look. Not into the new changes they've made. I kind of miss when they had more chill / variety of music vs. only loud rap 24/7, and you know -- had mirrors. Basic stuff."
"Purchased a jacket online as a gift for a friend and it ended up being too big. Went to the Prudential Center in Boston to return and exchange for a shorter version of it and a smaller size. By the time I walked in, I was greeted and offered help with anything within 5 seconds. Told her what I wanted to do, and what size and style I needed. She found what I needed and took the return up to the counter and everything worked effortlessly. Great employees, store was immaculate, and I had what I needed and the return was completed within 3 minutes. All the while, the store was pretty busy and everyone was friendly kind and courteous and very helpful. Best experience ever. Was literally in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes."
"Never coming back here, lol. Employees are extremely pushy, no mirrors in the dressing rooms (not everyone is comfortable trying on clothes in front of a bunch of strangers…) so they can corner you while you try on, all of the clothes are the same they all just repeat throughout the store—the whole experience was awful. Which sucks, because I love their clothes and went in with the intent to buy several things, but just felt so uncomfortable and overwhelmed that I left empty-handed. Ended up browsing at an entirely different retailer and had a much better experience, spent my money there instead."
