"Went in a couple of days ago and I don't know where this company be finding their rude, incompetent, racist store managers, if they haven't gotten a law suit yet-->they will!! The complete ignorance from the older lady with the thin eyebrows, her rolling her eyes, sighing, talking under her breath whenever certain people come into the store, she thinks no one notices, but we all do, I'm a nurse and alot of my coworkers talk about the Taunton store and how the older lady makes it very unpleasant to shop there, the only reason I still go there is because of the other girl named Aida(I hope I spelled her name right)she's very sweet and very welcoming, but I haven't seen her in a while I hope she's ok or I hope she's still working there because if she leaves then I won't be going back until they get a new staff"

"Store"s associate is so rude and tough, she wouldn't accept my 100$ for my purchases, I told her I just can pay cash no cards. Then she told me if I would return my stuff I have to call in advance to get back the refund in cash! They are a big store not a kid saving box. Even my kid told me it is not a good store to come back again. Disappointed."

"Would give zero stars if possible. Store itself is fine. There is a worker there who is unbelievably rude. She sighed and rolled her eyes the entire time she was serving us then refused to complete the transaction because she couldnt figure out how to make a return and blamed it on the debit card (which was just used at a different store). She told us to go back later that she "can't deal with this right now". Went back later, was greeted with the same unpleasant attitude and uselessness. She again refused the return and blamed the register malfunctioning on our card (a different one than the previous card). So, yet again, we are turned away and stuck with the same pants that we DO NOT want. This woman is absolutely horrendous. Will not be returning to this location. Willing to drive the extra 35 minutes just to not have to deal with her again."
