"I've been twice in the past ~4 months, prompted by last-minute needs for a cute outfit/accessories for two separate events. The staff BOTH times went above and beyond helping me with styling and fit recommendations. Monica really came in clutch with the jewelry styling on my last visit... and she even steamed the romper I purchased (as I was going to wear it to an event within hours of my purchase). Lots of cute products at reasonable prices, and I will certainly be coming back to shop and say hi to the lovely women who run the show at this francesca's! Thank you ladies!"

"I would like to give 0 to this store. Women at the desk are very confused. I ordered romper online which doesn’t look like the online photo. I fit well in medium but I wanted romper loose hence I ordered large size which is 4 sizes smaller then website DESCRIPTION. The Women at the counter gave me look, and said, “You should have ordered XL we do have one available in wranthm outlets if you go there to pickup.” I KNOW MY SIZE YOU DON’T NEED TO CALL ME FAT BECAUSE YOUR CLOTHES ARE MADE ON PLASTIC DOLLS. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH FRANCESCA AGAIN THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE."

"If 0 stars was an option I would give it. As I walked into the store yesterday I was given an uncomfortable stare by the woman working. As I looked around the store not a greeting was given she wouldn’t even look up from the register when I asked for assistance. As I went to make a return I was snubbed and felt extremely uncomfortable. I was talked to very rudely and was given so many dirty looks. Do not plan on returning ever!"

"Me and my boyfriend walked in to shop and say hi to our friend who works there. We were calm and respectful. I shop there all the time. The boss that was working there glared at both me and my boyfriend and make me feel insanely uncomfortable. She basically asked us to leave even though I actually wanted to shop. I won’t be shopping here again after that."
