"After I purchased a prom dress here I searched online the brand as I had never heard of it before. Turns out the dress I bought at EROS for $398 was actually selling for $249 online. A whole $150 cheaper!!! Frankly, I am disappointed and disgusted with the up-charging of these dresses. I expect at least similar prices in-store to the ones online. And since it’s all final sale I have ultimately lost $150. I’m sure all the other dresses are up-charged as well. People are getting cheated out of their money! Sorely disappointed because the woman helping me was amazing."

"Extremely disappointed at the service here. Payed a $50 non refundable fee to try on 1 dress. The "owner" seemed liked she was in lala land and we had to be chasing her down to help with the services. I felt pressured into buying a dress just cause it looked good on me but I couldn't even lift my arms because of the stiching. How can I dance, or throw my flowers in mid air if I can't wave my hands in the air like i just dont care!? After thinking hard about my decision on this dress I called within the month I had put the down-payment and kindly asked if I could change my dress or get a refund. Unfortunately because she was in lala land she forgot to mention the dress was a final sale and she couldn't do any of my options. It is very sad that a place of business that is supposed to bring good memories and happiness to women is running like that. This store will never see another dollar from me or my family/friends because I will make sure of it!"
