"I needed an even exchange for a pair of jeans and was denied. I even brought up the AE policy on my phone and she said her store has a different policy and that I could go somewhere else if I needed anymore help. Absolute worst AE experience I’ve had after shopping with the company for 10+ years. I called back to get her name and she said no and hung up. Had to go back inside and ask an associate. The manager’s name is Ana. So unprofessional I’m in the process of a corporate complaint."

"I do most of my shipping online but had to make a return to the store in Providence. There was some clearance but NOTHING was on sale it was all Buy One Get One Half Off. I found a $50 shirt I liked but I would never pay that. Then I bought a sweater that was cheaper in the store than the one I had just got online; The CSR couldn't figure out how to refund and exchange even though I was helping him. Must be seasonal help."
