"Dont shop here single mom platinum member but they dont care about that. all my xmas items are ruined 6 missing items and they're telling me because I had 2 exchanges in the past they cant replace or refund any items also have an email stating if I try to get a refund I will no longer be able to purchase items with them also lied to better business bureau and said they fully refunded 10 different orders for me when my email said it was 2 exchanges and the policy only allows 2 u guys are real jerks and karmas coming"

"When purchased by clairs the quality of the product declined sharply. This specific store is a fine example of what a hot topic should be when looked at from a corporate point of view. Its well staffed, clean and orderly. The issue isn't with the staff or the cleanliness of the location, but the quality of the products they carry. They need to step it up or I dont see how they will last another 10 years. Skip the fake goth stuff and go to Black Craft or Black Veil to get the real deal."
