"Store was not organized cosmetics needs more beauty advisors that are very courteous and helpful to the customers ones that give out free samples to any and everyone whether they're purchasing something or not not just saving all the samples for the people that come in and buy bulk amounts of things everyone should get a sample therefore the customers and that's how you get more business. It would really help their business if they rehired Carla she was great I really wish they would get her back at any cost she was amazing and basically the only reason why I ever came there other than that the store was great I would like to give a shout out to Rania at the shiseido counter and a shout out to Susan she seems to run basically all of cosmetics because there's not a lot of help there. Also big shout out to Allen upstairs in the men's department amazing customer service and very smart extremely intelligent knows exact change before even entering in the amount The guy's a genius. He goes above and beyond to help customers."

"This Macy's is fairly large. There are three stories in the store. So the selection is pretty good. I would say they need more check out stations. I was there on a weekend, but it seemed like the line was much longer than there. Should have been for the amount of people in the store."

"We're not generally Macy shoppers but we stopped in because we heard they had acquired Toys R Us. When my children were young I loved shopping at Toys R Us for Christmas. The Toys R Us section brought back some fond memories, but it was quite disheveled. There were toys on the floor and it was overall a bit crowded with narrow aisles. There seemed to be quite a few people at the cashier counter waiting to be checked out. Overall, it was somewhat overwhelming for me."
