"I enjoy wearing high quality clothing and have always been loyal to the brands I use. This holiday season, I received a Tommy Hilfiger sweater and decided to use it at a get-together. This week, my wife washed it following the instructions on the label and the neck facing bled through to the back. When I contacted Tommy Hilfiger to see about having it returned or replaced, they flat out said, "...we cannot assist customer with items that have been washed." How can this be an acceptable policy when their washing/care instructions inherently caused the damage? Or is it that they simply will not stand behind their products and lack of quality? Either way, I'm very disappointed and ZERO stars would be the correct rating. I have never personally bought Tommy Hilfiger products and certainly will not do so in the future."
