"I love JCrew and i live the discounts the outlet offers. i do not however like it when there are large signs, small signs, so many signs saying the ENTIRE store is 50%off too get to the register to be told the 2 sweaters i picked out were Not included. There was no fine print on the posters or signs, but nope The Cashmere sweaters were not included."
"The prices here are great on their own, but when they offer extra promotions you can make a killing! Sadly the staff seems to get overwhelmed quickly and the women's section often looks like a mess. Dressing room staff are not very helpful and borderline rude while checkout staff seem to just want to go home. Regardless, the deals are great!"
"Now that this is separated from the women's store, lines are much shorter and it isn't as hectic. The deals are okay for the day I went - some other places in the outlet have better deals, but you might still find some gems."
