"My wife wanted to try on some clothes and one of the managing staff members said the fitting room was closed because they were short staffed. Spent $400 on clothes there not long ago and I won't be going back. These managers and employees do what they want nowadays and that needs to stop. Get back to putting your customers first like it used to be. Trying on clothes is such a critical part of shopping. You lose so much money when you close your fitting rooms."

"The manager is so rude and the staff are unhelpful. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come help us until the manager did. The manager was very rude and unprofessional and didn’t want to help us at all. The stor is very unorganized and there are clorhes on the wrong racks with wrong prices. I tried to get shoes and found out they were double the price at the cash register. I told the manager it was on the wrong rack and he proceeded to tell us it wasn’t and played the victim by saying we called him a “liar” when we didn’t even say direct any negativity towards him, even though he had a horrible attitude. The clothes themselves are pretty nice but the customer service and staff there are not worth it."

"I bought this backpack for my daughter, I paid $70 and the second time my daughter used it the zipper broke. How I thought the guess products had good quality and I had bought purses that didn’t have any problems, I went to the same store bought the backpack and didn’t keep the receipt, I went back in the store and explained to the manager what happened, the manager rudely said that they couldn’t do anything without a receipt, I thought that her attitude was very rude, she didn’t even look at the product, her answer was just rude and short."
