"We actually like this store, but must comment on the customer service. In the past customer service was great, with pleasant, helpful employees. If this last time was our first time visiting, it would definitely be the last. The male was asked a simple question and we were provided a look of disgust and sigh as if we bothered him. Sad, because Lucky should have better representation."

"The website states this store opens at 10am on Sundays. I was there right at 10 and it was not open. I called the phone number and it rang and rang. I went back a little bit later and still no one was there and the door was locked. I called several times during the day and again on Monday and no one answered. I finally called Lucky Headquarters to find out if the store was shut down and they said it was not. They contacted the store and the person said the store does open at 10 and that they were at the store at that time. Trust me, the lights were out, the door was locked and no one was there at 10."

"My boyfriend an I went to Wrentham Outlets Lucky Brand store last Sunday 1/26/2020. Giving it 1-star rating solely for the fact that nobody even greeted us, offered to help us or say anything when we left empty handed. Only thing we did end up getting though, were looks from some of the workers there.. I said, "have a great day" as I walked out. 5-star rating for their clothes though.. j.s."

"Great store with awesome deals. We love going to this store. Everything there is high quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is top notch as well. We got home (live about an hour away) and found an extra item in our bag that had mistakenly been put in while bagging. I called them up to see how I could return it and they told me that it was their fault and to keep it. They said they wouldn't expect me to go out of my way to correct their error. I will definitely be going back! Also, they offer a 15% military discount I believe."
