"I knew going into this that the process of studying to obtain your real estate license is not without effort. The class is mandatory FORTY hours, and the one thing you better hope for is that you don't get stuck with a dull, monotonous instructor. I had the good fortune of finding the BRI YouTube channel and listening to a few VERY informative videos by the instructor. After hearing him, I was immediately impressed with his expertise, and I knew the class wouldn't be boring. His openness and approachable demeanor are exactly the kind of personality that makes a long class like this enjoyable. The best part for me was when I found out that he would be offering the training over ZOOM. That was perfect for me since I wanted to obtain a license in MA but am still residing in another state. I contacted the office, and he actually spent a significant amount of time explaining his belief that if someone wants to get their real estate license because they think it will guarantee a leisurely and lucrative career, they are doing it for the wrong reason. He explained that successful agents have to work hard to succeed and explained the little-known ways to really ensure that you earn a higher income as a real estate agent. Overall, I feel this is the best choice I could have made."
